Our mission is to deliver quality care to our residents by offering a full range of services including: individualized care plans, 24-hour skilled nursing care, multidisciplinary rehabilitation programs, and customized social support and activities.

Rehab Services
The purpose of rehabilitation is to restore some or all of the patient's physical, sensory, and mental capabilities that were lost due to injury, illness, or disease. Rehabilitation includes assisting the patient to compensate for deficits that cannot be reversed medically. It is prescribed after many types of injury, illness, or disease, including amputations, arthritis, cancer, cardiac disease, neurological problems, orthopedic injuries, spinal cord injuries, stroke, and traumatic brain injuries.

Gibson Health and Rehab is dedicated to enhancing our residents' quality of life through a variety of activities. Our Activities Department strives to keep your loved one happy and actively involved in group activities as well as individualized activities based on each of their needs.
